1. Description of Services

Proctored Exam Help provides exam preparation, study support, and live specialist assistance for proctored exams, including ATI/nursing exams and other academic subjects. Services include pre-exam tutoring, content review, and real-time support during an approved exam window, depending on the package booked.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Client Responsibility and Academic Integrity

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with your educational institution's, employer's, or certifying body's academic integrity policies, honor code, and any rules governing permitted assistance for coursework or examinations. Proctored Exam Help provides tutoring, exam preparation, and study support services. It is your responsibility to determine whether and how any assistance you receive fits within your institution's rules before you book or use our services. We are not responsible for any academic, disciplinary, or other consequences that result from your use of our services in a manner inconsistent with your institution's policies.

4. Booking and Payment

Our services follow a four-step process: request a quote, book your exam date, confirm your booking with a 60% deposit, and pay the remaining balance after the exam concludes.

• The deposit secures your booking and reserves a specialist for your requested exam window.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the exam or session.
• Prices are provided upfront in your quote and are not subject to change after booking, absent a change in scope you request.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and refund terms for deposits and completed services are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Pass Guarantee

Sessions booked under our pass guarantee are covered as described at the time of booking: if you do not pass the exam you received support on, we will match you with another specialist at no additional cost, or refund your session, at your choice, subject to the terms communicated to you when you booked.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your identity, exam details, and communications with your specialist as confidential, consistent with our Privacy Policy. We do not disclose your information to your institution, employer, or any third party except as required by law.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our services to violate any applicable law, or to misrepresent your identity or eligibility for the exam or course in question.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to provide high-quality tutoring and exam support, we do not guarantee specific exam scores or outcomes beyond what is explicitly stated in our pass guarantee terms at the time of booking.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proctored Exam Help's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
